Bio

Alex Ferguson is in his fourth season as the Grizzlies' bench coach in 2025.

Ferguson is also the Head Coach at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois, having been officially hired to helm the program in 2022. He is also an academic advisor at the school. Prior to becoming the head coach, he served as an assistant under former Grizzlies pitching coach Randy Martz at L&C.

Before coming to the Grizzlies, he also worked as the bench coach for Steve Brook with the River City Rascals, and has worked for two schools in South Dakota- as an assistant at Northern State University, and the head coach at Presentation College. 

Ferguson is originally from Kansas City, Missouri.
